Order form
| | Contractual form which formalises the sale of goods. For it to be opposable, this form must reiterate the complete terms and conditions of the order, and include, amongst other things, the supplier's general terms and conditions of sale and delivery, the desired date of delivery, the value date and, generally speaking, all items likely to influence the purchaser's decision. This order form must also be signed by a person authorised to engage the responsibility of the purchaser.
